Environments

Six spaces.
Six nervous systems.

Every environment has an ideal tempo, frequency balance, and emotional arc. We design each from the inside out — starting with the body, ending with the brand.

01 — Performance

Boxing Floor

Sub-bass pressure, tight percussion, tempos locked 128–140 BPM. Engineered to push adrenaline, stabilize breath between rounds, and sync the room to the trainer's count.

Yoga Studio

Sustained drones tuned to 432 Hz, binaural lows, breath-length phrasing. Engineered to drop heart rate and widen exhalation without resorting to wind-chime cliché.

Lobby

The first ninety seconds inside your building set expectation for the next ninety minutes. Warm brass, soft analog noise, unresolved harmonic movement that registers as welcome.

04 — Service

Dining Room

Dynamics calibrated to conversation, not to dance. We carve a midrange pocket around the human vocal range so diners speak softer and stay longer. Tempo rises with the kitchen arc.

Low, slow, and intimate early. Tempo climbs with the hour. Each hour of the night is its own composition — the room is scored like a film, not looped like a radio station.

Smart Scheduling

The right composition,
at the right hour.

Each zone runs its own weekly arc. Compositions rotate by hour, day, and day-type — so your space never sounds the same on Tuesday morning as Saturday night. Set it once. We handle the rest.

  • Auto-rotation across day and season
  • Zone-by-zone weekly arcs
  • Quarterly composition drops
  • Manual overrides for private events
Flagship Engagement

Meridian Athletic Club.
A club that deserved
its own sound.

Opened in early 2025 as London's most ambitious wellness destination — eight boutique studios, aquatics, premium recovery, and a lounge-grade lobby. The architecture was exceptional. The sound running through it was everything it wasn't.

We were brought in to do the one thing the building couldn't do for itself — give every room its own voice.

Zone 01 — Threshold

Lobby & Lounge

Starbucks, smoothie bar, the first ninety seconds inside a 129k ft² experience. The entry is the promise.

BeforeMixed-era pop radio at flat dynamics.
AfterWarm analog pads, slow harmonic motion, a motivational pulse felt before it's heard.
Zone 02 — Ride

Cycle Studio

Fifty-minute rides with climbs, sprints, and recovery. Needs tempo-coupled dynamics — not constant volume.

BeforeBass-heavy tracks running flat for fifty minutes.
AfterRide-arc compositions; sub-bass reserved for climbs, silence reserved for recovery.
Zone 03 — Ring

Boxing Floor

Round-based, high-adrenaline, trainer-counted. The music has to be the third corner.

BeforeGeneric high-energy with no round awareness.
AfterThree-minute builds locked to rounds, engineered drops, silence between bells.
Zone 04 — Breath

Hot Yoga

40°C, long holds, deep breathwork. Sound must lower the nervous system without being precious about it.

BeforeStock "yoga" playlist — flutes, wind chimes, clichés.
AfterSlow drones at 432 Hz, binaural lows, phrasing cut to inhale-exhale cycles.
Zone 05 — Precision

Reformer Pilates

Precision movement, controlled tempo, demanding concentration. Music supports the breath — it never drives the beat.

BeforeMid-tempo pop interrupting counted movement.
AfterAmbient composition at instructor tempo, guiding without leading.
Zone 06 — Stillness

Recovery Suite

Sauna, cold plunge, rest. Sound has to lengthen time — the opposite physics of the training floor.

BeforeSame ambient mix as the entry lobby.
AfterSub-audible foundations, field recordings tuned to sauna reverb.

Method

A studio process.
Not a subscription.

Every engagement is a commission, not a license. Each stage is led in-studio and delivered on-site.

STEP 01

Immersion

We spend real time inside your space — mornings, peak hours, last call. Room acoustics measured. Guest behavior observed. We listen to what your brand already sounds like, intentionally or not.

STEP 02

Composition

Our studio scores original music, built around your brand's tone and the physics of your room. Every track is original, licensed only to you, and composed to breathe across hours without looping.

STEP 03

Calibration

We tune the system on-site. Frequencies shaped to your materials, ceiling, glass, and crowd density. The same composition plays differently in marble versus plaster — we engineer for both.

STEP 04

Evolution

Your sonic identity is a living archive. Quarterly refreshes, new compositions, seasonal arcs — so your space never sounds the same twice and never sounds tired.

How It Works

From first brief
to opening bar.

01 / BRIEF

Submit a brief.

Tell us about your space, your brand, and what you want a guest to feel when they walk out. We review every brief personally.

02 / AUDIT

On-site audit.

We visit your space, measure the acoustics, observe the flow, and draft a sonic map zone by zone.

03 / COMPOSE

Studio composition.

Original music built for your rooms. 6–10 weeks depending on scope. You hear the work in stages, not at the end.

04 / LAUNCH

Calibrate & go live.

We tune the system in-room, train your team, and hand over the console. Your sonic architecture goes live the same day.

Engagement

Three ways to work
with the studio.

Every engagement begins with an acoustic audit. What follows is tuned to the shape of your operation — one venue, a portfolio, or an enterprise.

Common questions

What the studio
gets asked.

How is this different from Soundsuit, Mood Media, or Rockbot?+
Those services license existing music and schedule playlists. We compose original music. Every track in your space is written for your space and licensed exclusively to you. No shared libraries, no streaming catalogs, no generic mood tags.
How long does a commission take?+
A single-venue engagement typically runs 8–10 weeks from signed brief to go-live. Multi-venue engagements run 10–16 weeks depending on scope. We deliver in stages, so you hear the work progress — not a final reveal.
Do we own the compositions?+
The studio retains composition ownership. You receive an exclusive, perpetual license for commercial use in your venue(s). No other business can license the same work. Licensing is worldwide and royalty-free for the life of your engagement.
What hardware do we need?+
Whatever you already have. We deliver to Sonos, Bose, Q-SYS, Audac, Loxone, and any standard AV system. If your building has speakers, we can tune to them. If you're building new, we'll coordinate with your AV integrator directly.
Is the music licensed legally for commercial use?+
Yes. Because every composition is original and owned by the studio, there are no publishing rights, no PRO royalties, and no third-party licensing to manage. You are covered for public performance worldwide, with written documentation for any audit.
Can we hear a sample before committing?+
Yes. After an initial brief and audit, we produce a short pilot composition for one zone — at no cost — so you can feel the difference in-room with real members or guests before a full commission.

Tell us about
the room.

We take on a limited number of engagements each quarter. Brief us on your space, your brand, and what you want a guest to feel.
